All are welcome to nominate individuals for the sportsmanship recognition, however, if you are under the age of 13 the nomination form must be completed by a parent, guardian, or adult coach.

Celebrating players under the age of 19 who demonstrate good sportsmanship as well as those who contribute to the bettering of their community through community service. To be eligible, players must be nominated by a non-relative. To nominate an adult please click here.
